Things are good....hit my 20th round of the year already, shot a 73 today and won eight bucks off the boys.

Nice... I got away from work to get my first round in last weekend... shot a 88 which wasn't great, but also not awful considering that my clubs are still in Canada and I was borrowing from somebody 4 inches shorter than me

Yeah. The drivers are fine as I like playing the ball a bit closer to my feet than most (sacrifice some power to hit it straight), but I kept topping the fairway shots through the first half dozen holes or so...

There's a few of us want to try... the downside is that they're on Monday & Wednesday and it's a decent trek down to SJ in full traffic. If it goes to game 6 (Sunday) then we'll make a push for it and Monday can go (frank) itself

Meh... I can usually drop it 250-275 depending on the lay of the fairway, so I'm not too concerned... especially as I often hit better with the mid irons than with the 9/P, so a little extra distance to the green isn't too awful
