They're brutal in the neutral zone, always have been. Their breakout consists of either trying to skate the puck all the way through and into the zone or just try for some half-cocked, low-probability stretch pass that doesn't work.

Totally agree chief. The Caps just scored their 2nd goal off a NZ turn over.
They are just choking the Flyers defensively only giving up 18 shots so far.
