Despite the Leafs having the best odds, I think we all know that the Habs, Oilers, Sens and Canucks all have a better chance at #1 than the Leafs.
- Aetherial

The Leafs also have a 47.5% chance of drafting 4th.

I will let stinger post the gif that explains why the Habs will draft in the top 3

When are you going to court?
- WaterBoy

I will be wasting the traffic officer's time but I am not sure when yet. Waiting for a letter indicating when I get to meet with a prosecutor first to cut a deal.

Desharnais is like a mole on your back that you've just become resigned to the fact that it'll always be there so you might as well just try to ignore it.

DD only has 1 year left, they can trade him at the trade deadline next year.

How many years does it take?

And who's ready or will be ready for the top 6 needs?

- pete26

drafted at 18, I'd say most of them are ready to play (if they ever make it) around 22

So 4 years, give or take

And that's when they enter the league, not being impact players right away

Buffalo got lucky that there was only one lottery draw last year instead of 3. Could you imagine, after trading away anyone who had a good game and/or knew how to lace up a pair of skates in an effort to get McDavid, that they only drafted 4th and ended up with Dylan Strome?

Right. First we play them out of position and limit their ice time for at least 3 seasons, while pointing to their lack of production.

While simultaneously giving a back-mole more ice time resulting in less production, and ignoring that lack of production while pointing to "chemistry".

honestly, the way Chucky was playing the first 4 months, he didn't deserve more icetime. he was missing the net 9 times out of 10.
he finally woke up in February after being slapped in the face and then got more ice time. no issue there with MT IMO.
