BUT THEN, he turned around and signed with Vancouver mid season with nothing to show for his departure.

Well, he wanted to keep playing and we should've signed him to a 1-year deal. Guy put up 32g/46a in 74 games his last season and it's not like we had a stud center ready to step in to take his place.

Would've came into camp in better shape too, probably put up comparable numbers.
