Anyone see the bullpoop play that tyler Johnson got injured on? I have strong feelings on it and believe its complete horse poop. Johnson clearly skating on a path to go behind the net after goalie froze the puck. The puck wasn't even his shot and some no name (frank)ing Hab callup dman shoves him into the boards from 5 feet away totally catching him by surprise. Johnson would have no reason at all to believe he'd get a shove there. That kind of play merits a (frank)ing long suspension IMO but it wont get looked at

I saw it, didn't like the push at all -- Johnson definitely didn't think that was coming

Of course they do.

and of course he'll sign there.

that's why they can trade all their picks every spring, these teams get dibs all the time.

Can the (frank)ing blues do something in the playoffs one year?? One (frank)ing year do something and knock those wieners out. Would help our draft pick too we got from them.

But seriously out of all these 1st round series Im begging the blues to finally do something in the playoffs.

happy for ganyay™. first playoff appearance for him. he was so happy on the bench. great stuff.
- hammarby31

I was too. The entire team seems to like him. And, to me, it seems like he's played his way back into the NHL. Just don't know if he fits here next year.

i like their chances. blues are solid. and getting great 'tending. chicago seems like they can just turn it on whenever they want. they're still so dangerous. but with crawford out, their chances are not nearly as good.

All I ever heard about him was that he doesn't back check, doesn't play defense.

He backchecked like a mf'er today.

And he can clearly dish and dangle and all that.

he's got sweet hands. can be absolutely filthy in the SO. he could be one of those sleeper type players in the playoffs.

He makes smart plays. His only problem is that he's not 6'1" and 200 lbs.

He sees the ice well and knows what to do with the puck. He's just small.

But he's played beyond his rep; he back checks and plays D. Folks gotta come up with another narrative for him.

For how small and how poor of a skater he is...I don't think hes a tremendous playmaker.

He's not exactly filling the net with his sniping qualities. I'd look to upgrade

How big was that point in the Toronto comeback? That's the reason we don't have to worry about tomorrow. Gotta give it up they came back in that 3rd.

I just think theres better out there for the money that we'll have available. Don't want to get tied up into anything too crazy though
