Cap hit doesn't matter we have so much space it hurts. He's posture and wants to be here. If we had a contending team absolutely buy him out and upgrade him. But a cheaper 4th liner is going to do nothing for this team other then burrows contracts will go another year after this at 1 mill. Stupid to buy him out with the state of our team

If we buy iut biggy burr and miller that's 5 mil basically of wasted space 2 years from now. Plus lu is on there it's idiotic. Just get it over with aND it's done after next year if we lave them alone

He said in a recent interview the playoffs are the goal for every team at the beginning of every year, or they should be, or what's the point in being a GM, much like Lou Lamoriello is nothing but a puppet GM.

He said he has no current aspirations of winning a Cup any time soon, but to ice a competitive team. I think some misconstrue the concept of the phrase "making the playoffs".

Wrong . Burrows is not a great fourth liner. How many fourth liners have a cap hit of 4.5 mil.
