There is no logical explanation a Leaf fan can give as to why it would be better for the Leafs to win tonight's game and obviously there is a logical explanation why a Leaf fan would cheer for a loss tonight.

I think we all agree the sooner the tank argument is not applicable to the Leafs, the better. It would be nice.

I do think if certain things go right the Leafs could be one of the teams that climbs up the standings next year, so maybe it gets more fun next year.

Jays, Raps, Marlies and even TFC are all doing very well...just need the Leafs to join the fun and suddenly TOs sports teams have turned it around nicely.

Look, I am a huge Leaf fan, have been for probably too long. End of the day, a Leaf loss tonight benefits this team far more than a Leaf win. So, yeah, I am rooting a loss because I want this team to be in a better situation moving forward.

Also, almost every Leaf hater is hoping for a Leaf win tonight....there is a reason for that!!

I want to see them play at BMO, that'll be a great venue for football, it was great for soccer. Outdoor hockey going to kick ass there also. I don't know how the Rock are doing either. The Leafs baseball team is up and down.
