At my playoff draft today only 2 flyers were drafted.....Simmonds and Giroux....my last two picks...

I said at the start they should have a chance as a bubble team....truthfully some un sung guys stepped up and pushed them just over.
1) ghost
2) Nuevy
3) the maturing of Schenn and Couturier.

Great picks! My draft is Tuesday, no doubt I take a couple Flyers late

Well they did it. However which way it got done they did it. And with 94 pts they earned it.

Some tangible growth from Schenn, Couturier's play was good enough and I think there is more, Cousins showed he is an NHL player

Ghost was great

MacDonald maybe saved his NHL career, Wheels got moved

Mason showed he could carry the team (which I always knew, but haters gonna hate)

Simmonds is now an absolute monster

Do you think cousins is a viable option at 4C for years to come? I think he could be. Pretty good at face offs, pest, sprinkles in offense. Flank him with some north south Bigger bodies that skate well
