We are still 1pt from clinching at least the 1st wildcard spot. We need to either get at least one point, or have the Flyers lose one point to not be able to drop any further.

The Oil would be fools to not bring in Hamonic. Its the perfect storm for both teams, as each team has what the other needs. I think this years draft is gonna be very interesting. Chiarelli is not afraid to trade and quite frankly he's put together a cup team. He's gonna do what garth shoulda done a few years ago. "Lose" a trade on paper to bring in what your team needs. He and the Oilers need Hamonic. Its the perfect fit. They have 6 top end forwards......no biggie if they package one up and ship him out.

After seeing Mayfield last game, and his big body on the ice, i really dont see how all season long he wasnt a 6 or 7th d man on this roster.

Fluery is out indefinitely with his 2nd concussion of the year and malkin was ruled out for 6-8 weeks a month ago. so he could be back at some point

Don't have to lose out completely. Isles need 1 more point or a flyers loss or shootout win to clinch the 1st wild card. If the Rangers win tonight and one of the above occur we are the playing panthers 1st rd. If Isles win tonight. They would be tied with the rangers with a game in hand.

I really could care less about winning tonight, i would much rather see the guys who are banged up be rested for game 1 of the playoffs......whoever they play. All this talk of I wanna play this team or that team is B.S. You gotta get through the best of the best at some point. The isles should be all about resting their best so they can add something come playoffs.
