He'd instantly be our best dman.
Edit: furthermore he's more of a two way guy than anyone we have.

Let's not act like you wouldn't be incessantly female doging about his contract.

If you watch the video in slow motion, MacDonald lost his balance and stated to go head first into the boards before he was even touched, that said, no way the referees could see that in real time, that gets called a boarding major 95% of the time.

It would have been a hit from behind, but I don't think he was going for his head. I agree looked like AMac slipped and was going down before he got hit
- Dkos

Yep, it was from behind... but boarding is needing to be a bit away from the boards, so you can check them and have them fall down and hit into the boards, not the glass. He was on the glass almost... would have just been of the "body crunch" nature had he not slipped. It was bad timing on both parts, so I'm not going to castrate Kuhn for the hit.

If you've watched this game, the refs haven't seen anything in real time.

You should be ripping amac for allowing himself to get boarded by himself

When you have to slow mo to get a quarter second of "it was dirty", then it wasn't dirty or able to be stopped.

He's not injured, he's just been destroyed because the team in front of him didn't show up, that said Stollie should've gotten the start yesterday.

You guys can easily push the same logic on Sid and his slew foots and such. If you're gonna try and hurt someone, just do it, don't half ass and try and sneaky slash someone.

I heard he loses around 15 pounds of liquid a game and has to get an IV after many... is he in bad shape or just his body type?

Yea cause i complain about every player and never stuck up for any of them... Let's not act like you're not a guy that didn't pop in only when the team was losing to post the laughing emoji like a 12 y/o for a while

I didn't say it was dirty. My point was there was no way the referees could make that determination without the benefit of replay.

What would your genius idea be instead? Have 4 starters in the system in case of injury? Neuvirth is hurt. Labarbera is hurt. Should they not have signed any insurance? Or Is it another epic failure by the team to not trade for Rinne or Quick at the deadline?

I've never heard this... tough (frank)er though if he's able to play the way he has lately after such serious health issues.

Don't really care at this point. Take that goal away from the Pens and they still win tonight. I feel bad if AMac got hurt, but his being able to play or not is not really going to affect the Flyers.

Penguins would have traded Zatkoff before the deadline... hell, if I was GM I'd have traded him to you guys now for a 3rd rounder.
