He has to sign an ELC - you can't put a NMC in there.

I'm sure wherever he signs, they'll be some sort of verbal agreement that he'll start in the NHL for an amount of games and go from there. If he stinks after the # of games, then in the minors he'd go...

I too hate Marincin. But we don't make the decisions sadly. Or Unsadly too, I mean, I would've drafted Filatov/Hodgson and Cowen/Schroeder.
