Neil Should get 10 minutes for that bullpoop on Eichel after that play. He had no part in the play and then after he comes in while Eichel is still down and shoves his head into the boards. That's horsepoop.

Eichel was tripped and slid into the boards. He was on his knees getting up and Neil just skated in (way after the play was dead) and then started hitting Echel with his stick around the head, kneeing him in the ribs, and pushing his head and face into the dasher.
