At no point did i say he needed to be in the top 6...

Never said you did but some think he should be and that's why this team is bad, it's not all on Bylsma

So Bylsma gets off the hook by putting our 3 best players (kane, reinhart, eichel) on a line??

It's disco dan's fault that he cant work girgs into the "system"....as if any of us kn wtf the "system" actually is..

just because that (frank)ing idiot (i can't use the word i really wanna use because someone could get offended and i'd get banned...)....can't coach

he's ridden crosby and malkin's coattails to a stanley cup win and credibility, now TMGM is giving him a chance to ride eichel and reinhart's......and its at the expense of an incredibly talented center from latvia

Which is sad they had been playing really well recently... but that was a momentum killing loss

Nobody should.

He's a fringe NHLer, not much better than Jody Gage.

Is Drouin with all his "potential" baggage worth more than whoever is sitting at 5-7 ? Very debatable ..............

If you trade for Drouin you get an NHL ready player and I would argue if we make that pick (Chychrun, Juolevi, whoever) will be 2-3 years away from making the step to the NHL. Eichel needs wingers next year, especially if they re-unite Kane/ROR/Reinhart. Drouin has the speed that Eichel needs. I also understand posters who say they want LD for the pick. Both ideas make sense. I'm not completely sold that Anaheim will move one of their young d men, it will cost.

I'm not sure if Puljujarvi is that far away, he may be NHL ready now sheltered on the 3rd line. I would love Drouin but it has to be for the right price and a top 5 pick in this years draft is an overpayment. Drouin has proved nothing sent being drafted except he's a big pain in the rear. I would still take a boom or bust shot at him though. Girgensons, Bailey, 2nd rd pick for Drouin.

Puljujarvi is the guy I want them to select. He is reported to be NHL ready now and projects to be terrific sniper/finisher...just what we need...put him with ROR and Stamer if they sign him...2 vets who can teach the kid the NHL game.
