I'm sure he could pass that along to his wife who is 200 times hotter than any girl who has even asked you to get the f out of her way. Speaking of women it looks like Halak might be one now that he shattered his groin.

I mess around with goalies at practice and can take a puck six inches from the goal line and hit the crossbar hard enough that the puck leaves the zone. Granted, they are early teenagers and I use a wooden stick...but still. The dude is paid his salary minus zero above what I make for pulling that shot off without NHL players trying to smash my face. I want a raise regardless.

I actually just looked up what he actually earns in salary this year, not what the Pens are paying him, but what his salary this year is, and it is the 7th highest in the entire NHL, according to CapFriendly, $10,000,000.00 he made this year!!!

I will say as a Pens fan, I didnt like the bush league chop at Lee when Tanger was laying on the ice, the rest was jostling in front of the net and Tanger got outmuscled to the ice plain and simple.

I agree with this, I can understand letang getting upset but he's lucky he didn't out them right back on the pk. Your last pp was a bit hard to watch, didn't think we were getting out of that one.

WTF is he supposed to do on those goals? They were both deflected in front. MAF was fine. Score more than one goal and it isn't a problem.

holeinone is one of the biggest buffoons on this board. He is clueless regarding most of anything. Fleury could not do anything.

I thought Fleury played well, the save he made off boychuk was amazing.

Letang got outmuscled. He shouldn't have slashed after the play. Otherwise he played very well.

Bonino is pissing me off. I hated Sutter and wouldn't want him back but I have absolutely no clue how Bonino ever registered more than 20 points in a season. He stick handles well and that is it. Doesn't do anything else well and he might be slower than Maatta.
- jfkst1

Bonino is worthless. Sutter does not get caught on that and he gets a good shot off.

He did play well, I dislike him but I can't deny he's a great offensive defenseman.

It's going to be a loooooooong 6 years of Kessel. Dudes contract will be a boat anchor for years to come.

Going forward he probably does not fit this team very well, offseason trade possibly/likely.

Youre such a wussy that you have to wait until after the game to talk poop. (frank) off and lets see how good you guys are with Halak out 4-6 weeks.

Somebody is gonna force him to user a harder composite eventually. I'm not so surprised Mario hasn't stepped in.

Beyond the fact that he can't "one time" a shot, he needs to check his sticks for holes. Nearly half the time the puck goes right through him in open ice. On the boards it's probably 90% of the time.

He's done one thing well since coming here.....passing.

You're helping my point, these new-age composites suck. Shove a stiff stick in his hands and he's likely golden....like a Bronx hotdog with extra mustard.

That is also part of the problem with his stick flex. He mishandles pucks way too often. It's driving me insane. He's not scoring any of his patented elite wrist shots so what is the point of having those sticks?
