Losing Stamkos would be bad. They could (and can) do without Drouin, but, if Stamkos can learn how to score in the postseason, he's the difference between a conference finals appearance and lifting a Cup. The others you mentioned are good/great players, but Stamkos is the superstar scorer who plays an underrated 2-way game.
Why I would make a play this offseason for him. He is young enough to grow with team. But he could also maybe hurry the reshaping of the team a little faster too.
