Exactly the reason I post bs rather than talk real hockey other than during the games.

i'm watching flyers-rangers, game 7, 1974. my god, it's the worst hockey i've ever seen.

Neither of their top D players have looked good today

Just watched the last 10 min. I just don't see why Stanley is so touted...besides the obvious. He's a worse skater than someone like Morin, his puck skills are questionable....he's the poster child of drafting because of "size."

I'm not sure what to think of Sergachev. His scouting reports are so mixed: I've seen him called elite two way, a mess and inconsistent defensively -- everyone knows he great offensively. And he plays rd often so that's good too. I've seen him before, and my gut reaction is I like him, not sure I love him, you know?

I like Logan Brown, though he's absolutely an assist guy more than a goal scorer (though he should probably score more with his shot). I have others I prefer over him, but I'd be down with him if the Flyers draft mid-late teens.

He's probably towards the bottom of who I'd want........which is goal scoring forwards if they happen to be the BPA.

I keep having to adjust my favorites because the Flyers have surged, but Jost is right at or near the top (with Keller) from what I've read of him. He could be crazily underrated. A do everything center.

Save yourself time, don't have favorites right now. Wait until you know their draft position

I love Mason and still feel like he's under-appreciated by most. I know Neuvirth has his own injury history, but having a solid backup/1B option has been a breath of fresh air. Emery was a good solider and locker room guy, but clearly his best days are behind him and Neuvirth has been a heck of an addition.

I'll always root for Emery, too. The guy is a warrior and was a good guy here. Unfortunately the injuries really robbed him of his lateral movement and recovery speed.

My favorites list is deep enough where they'll be at least 1-2 available surely. Don't worry about me haha. Frankly, I don't think the Flyers finish high enough on the board to draft Keller OR Jost.

I remember posting here when Emery was in Ottawa and Russia. The guy always had ability but nobody wanted him at the time. Ray Emery is living proof people change for the better.
