Stamkos isn't happening ............ the quicker people realize that ... the better off they will be. I for one don't want him anyways if it's going to cost $10-$11 million per year. No thanks ............. we could turn over our entire 3rd and 4th lines for that money.

You don't win with 3rd and 4th line players, they want him so get use to hearing about it,.

Ronnie Rolston could get a better effort from these guys.

Numerous people say be is interested in Buffalo, including McKenzie, who's probably the best in the business. We do have the cap room and can buy out Moulsen, etc

They won't buy out Moulson, it will kill them with the cap after next season

He just sails along being really really good while Eichel carries all the burden of being great and being the face of the franchise.

That was a beauty pass, eh?

I like to think of his game more like Reinhart v Draisaitl.

It really is the perfect set up for him.

Also one more time. eat a Richard sportsnet west, why talk about the great pass when you discuss how eberle stopped skating.

The nice thing is, i think Eichel is going to find his game in a year or two.....and then we'll have two super smart players with a high level of skill.....and O'Riley.....and risto.....and who ever else we add.

Is it possible for both teams to lose a trade? As Winnipeg has gotten worse and Bogo and Kane have been blah.

And that's why 43 is an AHLer - turns a 3 on 2 into a harmless chest shot

Reinhart gets no effing credit.

He makes a great play. What does Rick say "what an Eichel like play"

I want to know how Mike Peca was able to hit like he did. i saw him at Golf Galaxy a few years ago and the dude is small; he was probably only like 170 lbs. Granted he's probably not as big as he was when he was playing, but still, some of those hits he laid out. Damn. It took me maybe 5 minutes to realize who it was because I couldn't believe he was so small. Somewhat the same with Ryan Miller. I saw him at a Dave Matthews concert like 10 years ago. This lanky mother(frank)er walked over and stood right in front of me on the lawn. Greasy hair, white t-shirt and jeans. I'm like wtf dude. And then it hit me. I think he was under the influence of some substance, maybe he was just drunk, he had a beer in his hand. But I never would've said he was an NHL goaltender just by looking at the guy.
- Wetbandit1

Didn't miller always have glassy, weirdo eyes? Lol. Brandon prust came to my work a few years ago in shorts and a tshirt. Thinnest ankles I've ever seen. And not that big of a guy, either. Probably the same size as peca

Why? A buyout is for around 2/3rds so it at least eliminates part of it. If not what's the case here?
