I know that...but its two rosters spots of our 50. To take those two bodies = the fourth to me...no different than the stupid Grabner trade or that deal we did with Tampa last year.

I just would have liked to have seen a third or even a fourth straight up for Reimer...then you can get another pick for taking two stiffs on like Smith and Stalock. I will say maybe it is tied to the Polak fleecing, I don't know for sure, but that's the only way I can justify it.

It's crazy to hear really. He's average for half a season, has a little hot streak then poops the bed every year. In a nutshell, a backup. 4th rounder is good for a backup.

Again, its not the end of the world...I'm saying it wasn't a good deal. I have that right don't I? And the TSN puckheads seem to agree with me that it was a great deal for San Jose...though I will say it doesn't make up at all for getting 2 2nds for Polak and Spaling...so moving on.
