hey people have actually been rather agreeable (at least to me) so far

He's been up and down I think a few times this year, but has spent a good portion of the season in the AHL.

In general, over their careers it's pretty close. However, the one area McGinn seems to be an upgrade is on the power play. Though it could just be that Bickell never really gets any in Chicago overall and McGinn has gotten quite a bit more.

I believe Bickell also has an injury of the chronic, never going away variety which is why nobody will trade for him as passing a physical is not a sure thing.

for a dman to be top pairing material in 3 years is probably a stretch..

Will guhle make the leap to the NHL next season? does he have the potential to eventually be a top pairing guy or is his ceiling a little lower?

my guess is his ceiling is 3/4 but you never know how he adapts to the nhl

he has speed and smarts but needs size (167 lbs)

At the end of December the team was starting to look pretty good and I got kinda optimistic for a while - then in January they started to slide, and now at the end of February it appears they have lost any underdog confidence (the stuff that led to the success of the "scary good" teams from the mid-2000s), and now ROR goes down.

Even with the schedule as soft as it is, I don't think it is as soft as this team's psyche, as presently constructed.

As has been said by others, Lindholm would be an ideal fit.

I have serious doubts many would want to part with what the Ducks would want for him though.

Chychrun has been ranked 2-4 since the start of the season on the site I trust the most

only recently slid to 5 which I think is more a case of Tkachuk rising or they think that is the sabres biggest need since they have them picking 4 right now
