I know we were down two forwards but that was pretty pathetic. Lehner was awful Risto and Bogosian were awful. O'Riley not too great either. This could be the straw that breaks the camels back. Unless they win the next two I hope we make a bunch of trades at deadline. Unless you're making progress on trade talks with McGinn might be time to move him too..

Side note maybe we can trade Moulson to some team strapped for cash? Worked with Toronto on Clarkson I guess anything is possible.

I think ROR had quite a good game. Nobody cashed, but he teed guys up several times - see the McGinn blast into Luingo's chest plate w 1:30 left.

The team in general was atrocious in their own end. One of the worst defensive games I've ever seen.. Lehner looked lost too.

Three of those he had really no chance on. And bar down goals are tough to stop even for a guy as big as Lehner. The game was full of weird goals. I don't know wtf was going on in the first period defensively they were asleep at the switch. second period didn't start any better until the first goal and then all of a sudden they woke up, but it was far too late at that point. I liked what I saw attitude wise at the end with Bogo smashing his stick. You didn't see that last year. These guys actually give a poop as evidenced by not quitting after being down by 4 in an era where that's an impossible deficit.

Sell at the deadline again. Get another top 3 pick. Trade ennis and a pick for a d-man in the offseason. Try and sign Yandle.
