Rangers rank 6th in the league with 151 goals for. Flyers rank 28th with only 121.

You're offense is (frank)ing terrible. It's Buffalo Sabres bad.

It's pretty obvious the flyers started rebuilding since hextall took over. It's not surprising at all they are clawing for a playoff spot

Obvious to everyone except the flyers fan I quoted who apparently thinks you guys have a great offense that rivals one of the deepest offenses in the league

I can't speak for anyone else but the flyers are as thin offensively as they've been in a while. That's why Jake Voracek played 28 minutes today

Glad we got two points though we did not deserve any. Flyers went to a Ranger defensive shell late but I'll take it when we played 14.5 skaters (Mac-Glass-Paielle-Klein).

Serious question was there a good reason to split JT and Brass? It is things like that that bugs me with AV. Why mess with something that works when there are things that are not working that you keep rolling out there. I guess the old adage of if it ain't broke don't fix it doesn't register with him.

Our PP stinks still (I guess we had some chances - cannot really remember them but I know we did have better puck movement and o zone time during them). Glad we were a little better on the PK given it was a road game and how bad we've been.

All in all we need to win on Monday and Nash needs to come back as soon as he is healthy enough to play just to see what we look like prior to the trade deadline.

leaving all that Flyer-Ranger stuff behind now, one thing that was huge yesterday, in the absence of Ryan McDonagh, Keith Yandle stepped up enormously.

he was fantastic, truly, even beyond the goal, he was easily the best Ranger all day. Most minutes on the team at 27:33

He is a really really good player. And, it should make people realize finally that it's not Yandle "being used wrong" that he doesn't play enough to satisfy much of the Ranger fanbbase, it's that Yandle and McDonagh are both left side top pairing defensemen, and AV feels better going with McDonagh in every key situation.

That's it, bottom line. McDonagh is the reason Yandle is underutilized, and Yandle really showed yesterday that he can step up and take over when he needed.

He was marvelous.

you know what I liked?

He put the blueline on his shoulders without McDonagh and flourished as the game went on. His outlet passes were brilliant and it just seemed the more he played the more confident he got.

You know I have no trouble criticizing Yandle when warranted but to me it was easily his most impressive game since being acquired almost a year ago.

Debateable, I don't think he's all that skilled, good power forward but very awkward at times, he's like a polished Emerson Etem
- Bannedforbros

We hate Simmonds and would love him in NY. If he isn't a first liner, he is no doubt a second liner and a power forward. Would love to have him in NYC.

the officiating in the nhl has been so brutal lately, 10x worse than any other year i can remember.

how can the ref's of yesterdays game justifiably get another one to (frank) up?

He might but his feelings don't preclude the fact that he a goal-scoring, tough winger, even with his punching McDonagh in the face.

Let'em cry their hypocrite cry, they say the punch was soft but want a game misconduct for Mcdonagh protecting himself, like I said they can dish it out but (frank) they can't take it.......ever, petulant little children

didn't that happen recently in football, the Steelers-Bengals where the Bengals accused a player of faking a concussion and he actually had a serious concussion?

accusing McDonagh of faking a concussion in this era of the lawsuit and people suffering long term problems is definitely something I would expect from the Flyers organization.
