Ha! Been super busy lately, but did watch 90 percent of last night's game. Feels good to catch up on the board a bit

You people are crazy but sometimes we are crazy together and it's just hockey at the end of the day

I will say minus a few posters, this place can be pretty fun and light hearted. You can fill in the blanks

I know that but he will likely move up a line, depending on where they put my Cousins, would like to see Nick given a shot a 2C with Schenn and ?

I promise to keep it upbeat and humorous, I will not argue with anyone named MJL and I have not been banned for a couple years and that is why they finally let me change my name. I love the Flyers and want to have fun and get good info from all you momma cats.

Okay, Cousins, Schenn and Gagner works for me. I was too busy watching 93-28-17-10-53 do their magic last night.

Did Cousins get recalled already? He should be able to match Couter offensively but maybe not defensively. I think he is grittier than Couts for sure as that is the one thing Couturier has to work on is getting nastier.
- joegreif17

I'm going to say there's is slim to no chance he can replace Couturier in any zone. Coots is 1 point behind Jake for first on the team in ES points this season...in 9 less games. He's currently on a 16 points in last 16 games pace. Hasn't scored in only 4 of those games I think. He's their best points/60 player by a big margin, and he's a possession beast. Even the PP2 unit looks nerfed without him. That's not even including his defense ability.

I also think Coots is the team's strongest player on the puck, along with Jake. He's as gritty as it comes down low, and is nigh impossible to be taken off the puck. Cousins is a tenacious little poop, but he's still 5'10." I'm of the opinion this team could crumble in the next month.

Despite saying what I did I agree with you. In the last month or so Couts has picked it up considerably. I still do not think he will ever be a big scorer but sure hope I am wrong. I have Cousins as a prospect on my farm team and he is ready to make his mark in the nhl. I really like him.

If Laughton and his line can build off the last game, we may not be in as rough shape as we think. The team had been a two line team, so if they keep umberger out and that line can grow together we might be able to have a chance
