i think part of the reasoning is that we are probably only dropping one spot or maybe two and still getting one of the fins who are also very good.. i don't know if they are starting to rank them up there with Matthews or not but i have heard they are very good as well

While I would jump at #1 and maybe #3.....no way those teams make that offer.

Maybe that offer would be made for a McDavid draft year, but while Mathews will likely be good, won't be a McDavid type.
