It's great for Noel and Dan to reach out, but I cannot imagine we will get anything new or interesting if he does come on. - ses111
It's us interviewing we will ask fair questions and not cooking recipes and train schedules...with that being said. I doubt they say yes but we are trying
See above youtube clip. Im sorry my friend, but it does exist. Its bad business otherwise. Especially for a team looking to lure more fans in the doors. - kindlyrick
If we're going to consider a bunch of lay-up, softball questions and canned answers, to STH's only, an informative meeting with fans..then I stand corrected. You were right, I was wrong. It does exist. I don't see any real value in it, but if you want them to get up there in front of a crowd and respond vaguely to questions then I guess I was incorrect.
However:

You can ask hard-hitting questions, like:
or here, when you learn top secret information like: top-4 defensemen don't come cheap
and then voice your opinion on important matters, such as here:
Is this the kind of stuff that you want to see? I don't think you'll ultimately hear what you want to. It's fluff. But yes, this exists and I was incorrect about that.

I have no doubt you and Noel will ask fair questions. You will probably be told Garth is too busy working the phones before the deadline to come on now. I'd love to know Garth's answer to the question if this team was tough enough for the playoffs and why more moves when not made in the offseason?
I can't even haggle that into something of substance.
Polak and 2016 3rd for 2016 6th and 2017 1st (lottery protected)
Upgrade ur late 6th to a early 3rd rounder and Polak providing defensive depth for a playoff run. 2017 1st is lottery protected. Polak is tough as nails and would provide a great 3rd pairing option. Great on the PK, clearing the front of net, big hits, working the body down low. Don't ask him to fight he looks like a deer in the headlights.
If y'all got a bad contract we can take that off your hands too.
Quite honestly interviews with GM's or Team Presidents are all BS.
They are going to give standard answers to questions we all know the answers to anyway. No GM is going to tell his season ticket base he's looking to trade Baily for X or we are looking to acquire Ladd or Hartnell because we play like a bunch of pussies. Or to get past the first round we need to get tougher. It's just not going to happen. All you gonna get is standard BS and fluff.
Noel and Dan: Any Question you ask.
Garth: If there's a deal out there that makes us a better team and or addresses a weakness going forward we'll make a deal. However I like the talent we have here and we are confident with this group of players and staff they'll get the job done.

There is a zero percent chance you're getting a 1st round pick of any sort of Polak.

I applaud your work and time spent, but we both know i wasnt referring to fluff. I would like to hear what the teams plans are.....and i dont think thats asking much. My personal opinion is that Garth is sh!tting his pants, as the new ownership will be taking over. I dont think he has anything to say of value which is the reason for his absence. That is the problem I have......I dont believe he has an answer to this, yet his the person in charge of the answers.

I know you weren't referring to fluff as what you want to hear. But I'm telling you that's what you're going to get.
When Benning answers that guys question, all he does is explain that top-4 PP defenseman don't come cheap and they don't want to part with the assets to get one. I could tell someone that. It's not news.

There in lies the problem. For all the talk about how bad Milbury was, and before him Maloney etc. but the bottom line is Wang has been the worst thing for this franchise in their history. I dont wanna hear that he kept the team in New York, because thats not something to be bragging about. No original fan is happy about the move, and the fact that he knew he was selling should have never allowed him to make the decision on where the team would be 20 years after he was gone. Wang has been the one to set this team back with his RIDICULOUS business model. As happy as i was to see Milbury gone, i'll be 50 times happier when wang hands over the majority share. What a phuckin waste....

They are also in a different boat, as are the wings, rangers and whatever other team you mentioned. The isles have literally done nothing since last year, havent been playing great hockey, have assets for days yet we wait for something to happen, all while the management stays silent. As i said before, this is a bad business model.
