I've seen fights at the ends of periods where the time of the penalty is 20:00. And don't recall fines/suspensions. I think if it's anyone it'd be Bogo, Sure Vermette and Risto were nose to nose, and Doan gave Risto a bit of a facewash(which is supposed to be a penalty by itself now), but Bogo really kicked it off by unloading on Duclair.

I think that's a totally fair assessment of penalties. Doan got the 2 for the facewash and the 10 because everyone else did too. I guess I don't really see the extra 2 on Bogo for roughing Duclair unless they see it as two separate events wherein both got 2 for roughing and then after that Bogo got the 5 and game for totally pummeling Duclair, who was totally not ready. I wonder what he said to Bogo...

No, looks like "just" a $25,000 fine. Not automatic at least, the league could hand out supplementary discipline, but he didn't get an instigator.

A "GAME MISCONDUCT" penalty involves the suspension of a player for the balance of the game but a substitute is permitted to replace immediately the player so removed. A player incurring a game misconduct penalty shall incur an automatic fine of two hundred dollars ($200) and the case shall be reported to the Commissioner who shall have full power to impose such further penalties by way of suspension or fine on the penalized player or any other player involved in the altercation.

The fact it was a game misconduct after the Game and not just a misconduct, they probably will suspend him now, at least for 1

46.20Fines and Suspensions – Fighting Other Than During the Periods of the Game - Any teams whose players become involved in an altercation, other than during the periods of the game (see 46.9), shall be fined automatically twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) in addition to any other appropriate penalties that may be imposed upon the participating players by supplementary discipline or otherwise.

It's an automatic Game Misconduct for fighting after the period/game ends. It'll get looked at I'm sure, but other than the $25,000 fine nothing else is automatic. And given the severity of the fine and the circumstances of the fight I'd be surprised if there was a suspension.
