In Garth's recent blog, he suggested a Moulson and Franson trade to the Islanders for Brock Nelson and Michael Dal Colle.

For the life of me, I can not figure out if that guy is serious or not.

I can't imagine Nyi trading for Moulson, but if they did, it would be for something like. 4th round pick
And they'd only even do that if we ate at least 2mil of his salary
Moulson has very little trade value
Still 3yrs left on his deal after this year

McGinn will get traded,
Maybe we get back a 2nd or decent prospect?
Weber is playing decent enough to get interest, although we'd prob be lucky to get anything better than a 4th for him
Same goes with Legwand

When it comes to a significant trade, Ennis might be the name coming from us. His down season obv hurts his value though

3 of 4 QBs left in NFL playoffs are at least 35 years old. Why I like tyrod. These ancient qbs won't be in the NFL anymore in 3 seasons. NFL will be wide open once these hall of famers are gone.

Price of a UFA goalie of similar pedigree. If they don't pay him that, they have to pay 4m to get Reimer (probably best UFA goalie this year). Hiller, Neimi, etc when those average starters hit the market, its a 4m price tag

Its a fair market value deal for him

- DDM-Coga

I'd take Niemi at 4 per for sure, he's the only one who's actually done anything. Hiller's got some playoff experience, but Niemi has a cup.

Edit: It's "Niemi" not "Neimi" I've noticed you spelled it wrong a few times. Unless it's a joke about how the Stars couldn't spell his name right before a Sabres game earlier this year, but fixed it before the game.

So how was Pysyk? I saw he had just 15 min and a couple minor penalties. Rusty?
- sbroads24

His skating/footwork seemed to be excellent on some plays and not so much on others leading to the one penalty he took. Very encouraging for his first NHL game back against the best team in the league.

Do you not think other great QB's could be drafted in this 3-4 year window?

Also, Luck, Rodgers, Mariota, Winston, Carr, etc will all still be here.

Do you really want to be the Chiefs?

Well, they do get to the dance more frequently than the Bills do.
Take away the 4 Super Bowl years and the Bills are on equal footing as the current Browns franchise...a joke.

If the Panthers don't win the SB, in 3 years we will forget they were 15-1.

I don't really care that much about the streak as I do eventually building a SB team.

Taylor is good. I want him as the starter next year, I just have serious reservations about giving him starter money past next year and thinking we got our guy

And in those Super Bowl years, they had a great quarterback.

The Chiefs won 11 games in a row and if Alex Smith is their starting QB next year there will be 0 people picking them to win the SB

If it was once, ok, a fluke. Twice? Maybe, but pretty shaky. Four consecutive? No way. If you just take away the Patriots 4 Super Bowls in the past 15 years they're on the same footing we are, a joke. Do you see how absurd that is?

The Bills were named the team of the 90's by ESPN and Sports Illustrated. They had 5 HOFers. 4 players and the coach. Yeah, what a joke. Come on man; weak sauce.

Agree. Tyrod should be the starter next year, but I'd wait until at least the halfway point to start serious negotiations if he keeps up or improves the level of play. And I'd definitely draft a QB in the 2nd round provided of course there's one worth taking when it comes around to our pick.
