Those are the guys that get those positions because of that.

Indeed, doesn't make him any less of a Richard though.

Last things I've read about him was that he regressed and looks like a career AHLer.
- sskkoo1

That sucks for now at least...when we got him I thought it was one of those "gonna go where I have a chance of playing in the big leagues, not be an AHLer" deals. I was hoping hed become Pysyk Lite eventually.

Pysyk not in tonight.

Seems like some pretty decent prospects coming up in draft this year. One of the Finn forwards or that finn D to go with risto would really shore up one of our holes.

The 14 days might still be correct, but this cannot be the current rule because Re-entry Waivers no longer exist.
- JetpackJesus

Looks like 14 days is right. A reporter for the Sharks tweeted that they sent Stalock down for conditioning and can stay down for 14 days.

Why is streaming GR on a browser delayed by almost 3 minutes? He just said the time was 7:13 and my computer said 7:15:55. I've noticed I can be in my car listening then I can turn off my car, come into the house, put all my stuff down, turn on my computer, bring up the WGR site and start streaming and still hear a few seconds of what I heard in the car.

WGR is really REALLY quite an embarrassment to the city of Buffalo and the team as the "voice of the Buffalo Sabres."
Almost all of their hosts sound like they are either missing or have extra chromosomes.
Everything about their broadcast, replays, microphone levels sounds worse than college radio.
Beyond bush league.

That was 2000? Wow, I remember I was in high school, and my friend who went to Canisuis almost got stuck down there because coming north on Delaware a lot of cars got stuck under the train overpass just south of Hertel because of the light just past the overpass and couldn't make it up the dip, but fortunately enough people stopped and they were able to clear out the cars that were stuck and were able to go fast enough to get through.

I remember I was in 6th grade maybe? Anyway, I was on the bus one morning and it was dark and snowing pretty badly and then all of a sudden a huge bolt of lightning hit really close because there was almost no time between lightning and thunder, and it scared the ever-loving poop out of me. lol I've experienced "thundersnow" a handful of times since and it's always a weird thing because the snow muffles the sound. One of my favorite things about snow. Going outside when it's snowing real bad and all the snow just sucks up the sound, and it's super quiet and just standing there for a few minutes listening to your heart beat. Maybe, definitely, I'm weird, but I find it very relaxing.

I love that too. Always liked night snowboarding at Holiday Valley when it was snowing out for the same reason. Sitting in the chairlift and its way too quiet for how much fun everyone is having!

Your 6th grade experience sounds like the Thanksgiving storm of 2000.

Maybe your high school memory was from the October Storm of 2006?

The cabin is 15 min from there. Skied many times there. I remember when it only had 2 buildings . The lodge and the ski rental shop.
