Agreed . I'll take the 2 under performers we have over them. Saw enough and got bored with them. Bogo and Kane have better entertainment value.

That's your secondary scoring coming up well short. some of it is usage (thinking about girgensons here) and obviously ennis has been injured. Got to find a place for kane, maybe it's on the off wing so all his shots arent going high and wide or off the outside of the post. Bogo, I just think he's bad (for what he's being paid).

I don't know what Murray saw in Kane or Bogosian. I instantly hated the trade, then Bogo played good hockey that replaced Myers for us last year and I thought okay maybe we'll be okay but has been putrid this year. but that also has been his MO - inconsistency. Kane has come in as advertised (high energy player, lethal shot but shoots from everywhere, doesn't use his teammates) but I still expect more out of him. Those pieces could've been better spent elsewhere at this point. I want Myers back. I don't know what Murray saw in Kane.

Girgensons is purely role and usage. He played outstanding with Larsson in shut down role, but it obviously stifled his offense. Look how much different hes looked with Eichel. I cant belive it took Bylsma 30+ games to see Kane+Eichel doesn't work and Girgs+Eichel does.

Ennis just doesn't have chemistry with anyone at this point. Hes been brutal defensively and with turnpvers. Not the same Ennis. I think the two years of being the offense lead to bad habits.

I agree with most of it except McGinn, who's playing well above expectations. I was higher on him than most and he's exceeded even my elevated expectations.

I don't score McGinn a B because he doesn't exceed my expectations MOST nights. He gets carried a lot by ROR or Eichel to be our 3rd leading forward in points. Hes a passenger.

Outside of your boy Weber's terrible start, hes been a revelation in his 3rd pairing role with Franson. Just thought you'd enjoy hearing that.
