How is it off the wall? This is the Kings thread right? I'm just curious what the excuse is for the hit. The Gordon hit wasn't dirty because "that's hockey". It was all Gordon's fault blah blah blah. How is it outlandish? Unless it's a fake video, it's relevant to ask, less than what, 2 weeks After a similarly reckless play to ask if he's maybe a reckless player? For the record I like Muzzin, but he's got to smarten up a little bit, and maybe when he sees the referee right in his face to maybe go around, or at the very least not straight through him. He made absolutely no attempt to avoid contact.

And try and avoid him and have a puck chipped past him and go the other way for a goal against??? I don't think so. The refs are part of the playing surface and sometimes get taken out... it happens.

WTF was Muzzin thinking when he layed out the ref? Don't tell me he didn't see him, he was literally right in front of him, he just didn't care that he was in the way and skated through him.

Hahaha, what a dumb comment. Not sure how long you've been watching hockey but that isn't the first time a ref has been caught in a situation where the puck and a few players all come together in a play. Certainly not the last either. Muzzin was going after the player who had the puck. Ref was in the way. Can't avoid everything in a fast pace sport. You don't like it go watch golf!

I guess this should have been avoided too

Good article, maybe too good. I'm sure the Duck coaching staff have learned a lot from this column as well.

I would like to see a small sample size of Vinny centering Brown and King on the 3rd line and have the 4th line be Lewis, Shore, Mersch

I am really tired of Nolan's play, although solid at times, he is becoming more of a liability when he ends up on the wrong side of the puck.

Edit - after reading the morning skate notes, it looks like we may see a similar shake up to the 3rd and 4th lines
