My childhood friend/neighbor (Hampshire street on the west side) Andy D'Aloisio owns Bada bing.
He has told me some stories, and some juicy ones about Murray.
I just never wanted to take it that far on here about Murray, but now I finally have someone else that knows what I know about him.
I won't divulge because I won't get sued for libel , you never know who is on here.
I am sure Terry and Kim are aware of what Timmy does down there on Chippewa.

I like the pieces that will be our core. I figured we wouldnt make the playoffs but would never guess we would be a celler dweller again. Alot of that has to do with ennis, moulson and girgenson not reaching anywhere near where we estimated them to be at. What was ur expectations this season?

Wait for what? Lehner had a high ankle sprain. I didnt like the trade but i could see why it was made. After trade deadline last year everyone was talking about who was gonna be our goalie. It was a hot topic. Nobody can predict an injury like the one that happened.

It's actually pretty common knowledge that Murray frequents Bada Bing. Hell, when he was first hired he mentioned on WGR that he hung out there a lot when he was the AGM in Ottawa during the World Juniors in 2011.

During his conditioning stint in Rochester, Lehner gave up 3 early goals, and then settled in to play solidly if not spectacularly on his first game in 11 months. Two of the four goals he surrendered were deflected, a third was a breakaway.

During his interview post game he was upset about the first and the breakaway, but not the deflections.

More than likely we know each other then.
I practically lived there with my older brother Rob, friends Mario G and Ricky B.
Playing in all the organized leagues (Basketball & Hockey) ran by Tovie Asarese <--(Love that man)
Played goal all the time even in just scratch pick up games, but I played in the hockey league for a team called the Comets.
But those pesky Bobcats were sooo good that I hated them.
We even tried having a football league there one year but far too many injuries.
I remember running to catch a pass and running full speed into the fence on the school street side of the park chin first, still have the scar.
I ran and represented the "west side play area" in track meets, even the Arco Jesse Ownes games where I placed 2nd in the 75 yard dash while representing on the front of my t-shirt , "the west side play area".

I dont love every move that murray makes but i can atleast feel that he was making calculated risk when making the moves.

Would everyone agree that was the worse Risto looked all year? Glad we changed his d partner.

I read a quote from Bylsma, he said something along the lines that Anisimov, Panarin and Kane look like they have been playing together for years. Because they had such great chemistry.

So he does recognize that line chemistry plays a factor in how well a line plays. But he just doesn't feel like it is worth trying on his own team.

We have talented players who have shown the ability to produce points in years past. But somehow most of them cant score with this team. Maybe, just maybe this is part of the problem here. The fact that Bylsma changes lines faster than kaiser changes his stance on whether or not this is a playoff team.

Blame the players all you want. The coaching staff and management deserve just as much if not more of the blame.
