Getting Alex Nylander would make the Buffalo-Toronto "rivalry" even more fun.

Never knew I would say this but watching the classic rocky makes you appreciate the older movies back in the day I guess.

Im probably twice your age and i always hate to sound like an old man complaining, but i truly think they were better. In the old days, the film industry couldnt rely on special effects to make a movie spectacular. They had to hire these long lost creatures called "writers."

My all time favorite movie is the Road Warrior and other favorites include Logans Run, Westworld (Michael Crichton) and the Omega Man.
From the standpoint of someone in College, they're going to look cheesy as fvck. But if you consider the fact that they were low budget in the 70's, they were pretty creative.

While I agree with the concept that the 21st for Lehner wasn't a good trade, I go back to 2014. 2nd round. Barbashev is still available. He picks Brendan Lemieux instead. There's no guarantee he picks White there.

Im going to say D-man just because i feel it's of greater importance. With how deep we are at centre you probably don't need to break the bank to get a winger who can look good next to eichel/o'reilly

Check out "All the President's Men", "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid", and "The Sting" to name a few. All phenomenal older movies. I didn't do it on purpose, but Robert Redford is in all three. There's substance to those older movies, they're not the overacted, sanitized "what if we offend the Chinese?" Red Dawn remake. The older movies put the emphasis on story, and most importantly the characters acted like humans.

Yeah, but every team passed on him, and half the league did twice. Ryan Miller was a 5th round pick. Pominville was a second round pick that they tried their damnedest to get rid of. I'm not comparing those guys to PK, but the Sabres have had their fair share of late round gems.
