Bylsma saying Lehner 7-10 days. Keep Ullmark as back up and move Johnson? Or send Ullmark back down?

It won't get called. The league is worried about head shots, and the worst hits seem to come from fore checkers chasing the puck into the corners
- sbroads24

It needs to get called. I think the cries of safety to allow some of this nonsense is overstated.

There were a few more big time hits back the year after the lockout, but there were not the sheer number of hits, simply because players weren't slowed down enough to be able to be hit.

Send Ullmark down, assuming he doesn't need to clear, and keep rotating Johnson in while praying somebody needs a backup for a pick at the deadline.

kane mentioned that post-game...called it boring...totally agree
- Michael Pachla

Yup. I heard that as well. It's very boring to watch. The NJ game a few weeks ago was downright brutal. Getting a root canal would have been more entertaining.

It's still going to be a while. My guess is that Lehner gets a conditioning stint.

This. x1000000000

It's brutal.

The Red Wings are masters at doing it but others are quite good at it as well.

I really miss the days of watching the game at full speed from end to end.

The game has been neutered because coaches want as much control as possible, and many teams just don't have enough talent to keep up if the game was wide open.

sending Ullmark down is the most logical option

They weren't that fast at the beginning of the season either. That fact is simply magnified at this point of the season.
- buffalofan19

the big thing, imo, is that teams jump on them before they can get started...being relatively young they still haven't figured out how to counter it...Eichel, kane, gus, ennis, McGinn, Bogosian and Ristolainen all are great skaters...there's another group that can skate really well, and then there's the others

Not that I expect it to last, but Canada is down 1-0 to the Swiss.

Perhaps, is there much to be gained from sending Ullmark down though? He's clearly more than capable of handling a back up role. The mistakes he makes here he'd get away with in the minors. Rather have him figure it out here. Also gives your other Roch goalies a chance to prove something. Just my 2 cents.

I think he has a lot of promise, but his game could use a bit of work. He's still adjusting to the North American rink size and all that.

Im sure there is lots of little characters like that throughout the movie. Smart that the casual star war fans don't really care and don't need to know but the Die Hard nerds can have nerdgasms about including obscure expanded universe characters in the movie

I just turned it on, havent noticed yet.
I never liked this canadian team roster as soon as they named it, they feel like a quarter finals bounced team

I wouldn't call Ristolainen a great skater, and while Bogosian moves pretty well, he isn't much of a puck rushing defensemen.
