Hopefully his presence brings a bit of familiarity to Hall and gives you guys an option instead of Purcell some nights.

Worst case; they go on a bad streak, Kass fuels Hall's apathy, and that that apathy festers throughout the roster as the two go out night after night with a few team mates for a bumpin' good time.

Short leash definitely needed. We'll see how Chia handles it. Personally, I like the move but there's definitely a risk that might not be mitigated by just waiving him if things go sour.

Also maybe you guys can get Gazdic off the roster now.

Can you really call Klefbom overpaid? $4.6mil is a reasonable hit for any top-4 D let alone a young one with top pairing potential on a long term deal. Sekera is close at his hit, but I can see the argument for him being closer to 5. Yak and Lander are at reasonable hits even despite their struggles. And Talbot and Nilsson are fine.
