Ya I wondered about that but the only thing is if you claim a guy on waivers you can't put him in the minors for the year. So with a healthy defence you have a lot of mediocre bodies. I bet CBJ snag him anyways

He's pretty bad, has issues moving the puck and from what I've read about him recently, an inability to move laterally on the blue line since he doesn't move his feet,

so basically hes a non puck moving pylon
