Connor is the future face and we were pretty effed when he went down.
But Leon's development outta nowhere has been a revelation.
Not only his massive frame and skill set, but He's made it possible to move nuge to another line and make us tougher to match up with than just keying on halls line.

hes actually way underrated defensively. But yeah, too much pure skill to really be relegated 3rd line long term.

I think he's the valuable piece that goes at some point.

But for now, we can't afford to move him until Connor is back at earliest.

And since we aren't in any imminent cap trouble, if we can stay in the hunt for now, we might see them try and roll out 3 dangerous lines and see how that works for this season.

"And a first" is one thing. Our first could land Matthews or a cornerstone d man. We have 2 extremely young centers who might well be as good as ryjo in a year or 2, maybe better, plus we are not winning anything this year or even next.

I feel our first this year with the draft here is untouchable.

Folks who are so quick to say our cupboard is bare are really quick to deal that pick. Yes, ryjo is good, but we are glutted with centers. We need wings and d.

They are the kind of tacos where the mere thought of one is enough to make your mouth water, and make you think of all the strange as hell yet funny commercials, 95% of which are aimed at pot heads who cant resist a 130am visit to the nearest location after thinking the thought that makes your mouth water. 10 bucks will get you a 5 sack and 4 tacos.

Then you eat them and about 15 minutes later you wonder what the hell you were thinking.

Repeat process at the next thought.
