Can't you overdose on tylenol (acetaminophen) quite easily too...and doesn't that (frank) with the kidneys as well?

yes....about 20 as well.....but no its the liver that fails w Tylenol....both very dangerous drugs.
consider 2 tabs is normal dose....10% of lethal dose....most of us wouldn't take even 5% lethal dose of arsenic but will take 10-20% lethal dose of these drugs without batting an eye
