Yeah, I also want to say that you're in my prayers Lefty and Booner. I just dealt with my dad having prostate cancer and my mother had a lump removed from her breast that thankfully wasn't malignant. I fully expect with my family history and risk factors to end up getting cancer myself, not a pleasant thought at 40 years of age so I hope that both Lefty and Booner will overcome these challenges and become stronger people for it.

I wouldn't want Skinner personally. Too injury prone for WC. I would like Marcus Johanson though. Wouldn't mind Orlov for his offensive upside. Looks like he has great first pass and can QB a PP.

Okay, so suggesting Vrbata be replaced by sloppy seconds of Semin seemed to an lit Vrbata's fire and got him moving.

Today target: Let's pick up Fayne so that we can trade off Hammy to anyone for anything (preferably out west to improve Vancouver's playoff chances).

Been commenting here for years with no real issue ...never once rubbed it in when the flames beat the Canucks ....yet I comment on how Marcus Johansson is not comparable to the Great Dane Jannik Hansen and that's the tipping point

This is accurate, actually. Johansen is a lot more skilled than Hansen and younger. Does not have his work ethic/compete level though. Say what you will about Hansen, but he is a gamer and forechecks/puckbattles very well. Hands like cinderblocks though.

Don't get me wrong ...I like Hansen ...he is a good player ...I just don't see him as a top 6 guy ...ideal 3rd liner who can spot in on the top 6 when needed ...this year he is playing quite well tho ..but the sedins have proven to do that to many a Canuck fwd
