Backes is such a POS, always fighting guys a lot smaller than him but always turning down guys his size or bigger.

I'd be happy to see the kids n call ups be more prominent.

I guess if we were 9 and 9 it would still be bad but my glass still isn't as empty as yours is.
If we had Sutter and, dare I say it, Sbisa(both uninjured) I would guess that a couple of those 1 pointers would have gone our way. I feel that we are missing the speed and defencive acumen of Sutter big time.
Tonight is a must win because: If we still suck donkey sack tonight management will assume(rightfully so) that we will continue to suck as long as Sutter is out of the line up.
So 4 to 6 more weeks of suckage = no playoff without Sutter back
Need a 2nd line center or no playoff, so trade?
If no trade for a 2nd line centre is to be had, then? Sell baby sell because you're not making the playoffs.

That my friends is the decision that needs to be made.
