I have consistently been on board with bringing in Lucic as well.
Most players that i love to hate, i would love to have on my team if it's the right fit.
Lucic is the right fit (age, skill, toughness, etc).

I am not convinced it will happen, but i would be stoked if we could sign him for a reasonable salary (under Sedin's salary).

I would certainly give up assets for a 23 year old Ryan Johansen and spend the money on signing Lucic.

The good thing about this losing streak is ticket prices should come down . STL had a lot of empty seats last night at their game , I expect we will come to that also.

I wouldn't call it fair weather fans but instead , why pay 300 for an experience to see a losing team. You can watch the same poop at home for free

Vrbata would look nice beside Cindy Crosby, but I'm not sure they have any chips we need? They have a serious hole on the backend from trading all their good young dmen so I don't see anything there.

There are some decent D as UFAs next year. I hope we go after Benn for a number 4 D.

I think if we swapped Edler for a decent Dman a little tougher then it would be a good start

If we're going to go with the kids I would like to see the canucks do their best to sign Lucic or Ladd in the offseason. Having a tough guy that actually plays more than 10min would be a nice change, and as much I love Prust's and Dorsetts heart they're both undersized tough guys and don't really put the fear in other teams.
