We are 4 points out of last and they have games in hand

But they have a brighter future.

Sad thing is, the Pacific Division is suddenly so bad they're only two points out of second place

We should be able to make up those two points in 4 more games

Man - Erik Karlsson is so good...the Sens draft so well. Gillis should've picked him instead of that sack of poop Cody Hodgson

There's 50 some games left but I'm guessing we are not going to finish well this year, which is ok, but I honestly predicted better.

Well we r in disarray n a state of flux.
It will take time.

GL to your Bruins.

- Nighthawk

Thanks.

Just looked at the standings, yikes!
Goal scoring doesn't seem to be an issue (not counting tonight) it's keeping the puck out of your net.
You stand a good chance of winning 3 of your next 5, Rangers and Chicago will be tough ones.
Rags are playing like poop but somehow still find a way to win.

i am admittedly a strong homer but , i strongly question WD goaltending choices , IMO he should have started markstrom in the winnipeg game week or so back and followed against dallas and then given miller the starts on 3 + rest each time.

and our two top paid and supposed best d-men in hamhuis and edler our our most unpredictable and error prone which no team could win with at there present level.

the sedins are alone and coming through regardless time for a significant shakeup.

burrows, hamhuis, higgens and vrbata have to go if for no other reason then to free up spots.

it can't go un-noticed that we are really weak with-out the summers two pariahs in sutter and sbisa . we win games with them and lose without them, i say benning is not wrong when he calls them foundational pieces

and one other point to ponder is why not with the money and pick invested in Beartschi play him with the sedins for a few games and put hanson back with horvat to help out the kid? in the end the team depth would benefit more imo . and a confident sven is better for the long term team success

OK.
So I realized why we haven't made a trade yet.
The plan has to be that we are waiting to trade with Edmonton for their inevitable 1st overall.

Vancouver 3rd overall, elder, and the rights to hamhuis for 1st overall

Thx bro but we play well against ChiTown but suck against NYR.
This year is a growth year whether painful or not.
Necessary n obviously needed i might add.

i think we win the next two because both teams are not that physical and play to the nucks strength, but long term without Stellar goaltending we are wasting a very good sedin year on a mid-range draftpick

the coaching staff has to go back to balanced lines that combine the strengths of the team , which are youth , toughness ,and finesse .
