Well got it running, carburetor is clean, but it still wants to run rich so I think there is still a fuel problem somehow.

It would clear snow, if we had any. I am hoping that is enough. I think it really needs a good solvent/sonic bath which I don't have so I am going to let an actual small engine mechanic (who knows what he is doing) fix it.

Once I pay money for the repair, I am confident in its ability to change the upcoming weather.
