They have been slowly creeping back up...not long ago we had Variable at less than 2% and 5yr fixed at 2.49% or better.

Now it's starting to get up around 2.69% 2.79% 2.89% approx. ( 5yr fixed)

Still the odd lender giving 2.59% but not many.

ahhh.. so unlike cars the rates arent intentionally lowered to try to get people buying and taking mortgages?

LeBrun's comments on Bernier seem pretty accurate to myself. I'd doubt the Leafs would ever waive Bernier

Can't be bothered? yet you can continue to spend attention to me twice now after the Jays. Real mature.

How about you respond to how the Shapiro is a bad GM (seriously)? Everyone in baseball says the Indians are going to be a very good team. Or that NHL GMs don't shop players?

The latter is the most funny, because it's obviously not true, but you just said it because I said a player was being shopped.

I went back because you continue to say stupid stuff to me. Can't handle the heat? Don't start it.

Can't bothered yesterday = can't be bothered today. You completely missed the point yesterday, you will again today.

I seriously believe players are never shopped. No really, I do. Do you even understand context or sarcasm?

I have 10 times the amount of work at this time of the year compared to the rest of the year.

It's ridiculous.

people need to get it out of their heads that every first rounded is a mcdavid type.. because its not even close to that

- Dozzer

He's still an asset right now. All the waive talk is foolish.

That sucks, just the time of year you'd like less stress and more family time, but you chose the Christmas tree business...so that's on you

Agreed. He made an interesting remark about Bernier and his good attitude. I feel some comments about Bernier's bad attitude are unfounded

But you can be bothered to argue to me. Just not explain yourself in anyway. Just I'm right your wrong. I don't need to explain.

I'm not arguing with you now. I'm just pointing out how funny you are right now.

I don't think you should waive him. If you want to get rid of him, just trade him and eat 50% of his salary. You'll at least get something back.

You can always keep him down on conditioning if he continues to be bad (need his approval every 14 days, but I don't think he'll deny it if he continues to struggle).

Oh and, by the way, how about you

1) Check your own grammar, since you like to criticize.

2) Go find where I said Shapiro was a bad GM. Again, learn to context.

This is exactly what I mean by you not even being in the same time zone as the point being made and I don't have 3 hours to wait for you to catch up.

Shapiro is going to turn this franchise into the Cleveland Indians, where he had so much success.

Yup you didn't say that (cough). You said the Indians are not successful when they have a boatload of good young players.

1) I don't care about grammar. I was simply taking a dig at you because that's all you seem to be doing to me since the Shapiro argument.

Just like we will have to pay Kadri next year...he's an asset...I doubt he signs for $3.7 but more likely he will get what he's making this year and try to hit a home run again next year.

The Leafs would be smart to try and lock him up at $4m for a long term contract, even if he continues to just shoot and not score

no! really?!?!?!

I wasnt sure if they were adjusted by time of year or not due to interest (as in people's interest in getting a loan)

Yea the context was you are wrong and you need to know that players aren't shopped.

No player is ever being shopped.

The Oilers may be willing to listen to proposals but will only make a trade if it makes sense now, and going forward.

You needed to be told that because people who are not insiders cannot figure this out on their own.

Your context. You seem to make it look like you were saying, 'Oh I don't think players are ever shopped'.

When you clearly said. Players are NEVER shopped. Insiders know that.
