I think they wait til McDavid comes back, hope he can up the performance of some guys and then trade at least 2 of their "stars" in the off-season.

I don't think Yak Schultz or Eberle, or any of the other names that are thrown out there will get you what you want on D, or size and skill up front.

I think they are going to have to suck up trading RNH and even then, the expectations of a player like Seth Jones coming back are pretty unreasonable.

They have been slowly creeping back up...not long ago we had Variable at less than 2% and 5yr fixed at 2.49% or better.

Now it's starting to get up around 2.69% 2.79% 2.89% approx. ( 5yr fixed)

Still the odd lender giving 2.59% but not many.

Dude, I could care less that the Leafs are losing. I'm only stating what I've been seeing from Naz lately. I agree with you wholeheartedly with Naz on most things, but I (and I think Babcock is too) am seeing a player that has done many things right this season start to resort to some old, and some new bad habits. Maybe its only an anomaly, but I'm concerned by it. You're not wrong to like the player, but be a little more objective. When he plays like poop, admit it.
