Hall is not getting traded. he's the second best LW in the game behind Jamie Benn. If he gets traded your not doing it for a 4-5 D like tanev, a career underachiever in Markstrom and a rookie (with great promise) in virtanen.

In my mind as Armchair GM i wouldnt trade hall ever. EVER lol. HALL/MCDAVID/DRAI/NURSE. the rest can be sold to the highest bidder...

This could move them up a few spots which makes trading something substantial from another team risky. I do believe RNH and Eberle seem the most likely based on all reports. If you couple the pick with one of them, it increases the return incrementally. Bottom line is; the waiting has to be over. And I read one person that said to in essence tank again so they could possibly get another number 1 pick. Seriously.

He's very good but he's not Elite. If he continues with "consistency" then I would probably put him in that category but he's been inconsistent over his career so "elite" isn't the right wording - yet.

And Hall has not been consistent enough since he entered the league to be considered an "elite" player. Last year was proof when there was a lot of talk about him being possibly moved.
