If I had to venture a guess, I'd say it's the result of the hip surgery. I wouldn't be surprised to see that improve as time goes on.

The weird thing with Ullmark isn't the goals he allows but how he looks on them. Why is he on his knees leaning forward before Miller takes that shot?

A lot of similarities in playing style. ROR perhaps a bit grittier and Reinhart a better playmaker but lots he could learn from him.
