Having these learning experiences will definitely help. At least, they should be easy reminders if they start slipping.

I think when Ennis comes back, you slot him with O'Reilly and Kane. Then keep Moulson-Jack-Sam and our top 6 is pretty good, in my opinion. Although, it would be hard to break up that 3rd line right now. they are playing very effectively.

The defense hasn't been an issue though. Even before they tightened things up recently. The offense has struggled much more than the defense this year, IMO. And with the exception of O'Reilly, our most talented forwards are younger than our most talented defensemen.

I feel that's because we're helping them with the system. Don't force McCabe and Pysyk into uncomfortable situations and let them ease into the game. Defensemen generally take longer and until Bogo came back we haven't had that guy who can chew minutes and take some time away from Rasmus (although he's had less TOI than I anticipated he would)

The forwards will learn in time. I feel eventually the system will open up more. Maybe once the goaltending is squared away. They've been good so far but the defense clearing pucks and guys from the front has been the key to their success. Less rebounds is the key

I still don't think he's gone to court yet. It kept getting delayed. I haven't heard anything anyway. But it was the smart thing to do from his point of view, because no one cares anymore.

I tried to find out about this a couple of weeks ago. This says the date was pushed back to Nov22, a Sunday(!!!?). No update from since then that I can find.
