I agree with Johndewar. Something is going on with Medvedev. I don't believe he's not playing because the coach doesn't think he's good enough. I don't know what it is, but something is going on, that they don't want to talk about.

Well considering 14 million is being spent on guys who can't even play in the NHL, Medvedev is small potatoes.

So between Medvedev, VLC, MacDonald, and Umberger that's about 17 million spent on wastes of oxygen. Stellar management.

Oh, even THAT McDonald is an ex-Islander.

We have ALL of the guys that weren't good enough to play on the Islanders.

I feel like it was some league wide deal that was made to assuage Islander fans where the Flyers were forced take some flawed players from the Islanders on their roster along with admitting Clark Gillies into the HHoF.
