You're right they can't score. They won't beat anyone by skill, so they need to outwork them and be hard to play against. They're aren't going to become more skilled overnight.

I believe in the path the franchise is taking to become a contender again but it is going to take awhile. I don't agree with some of the player moves though. I don't have a problem with Voracek with PEB but I do have a problem with Voracek with Vandevelde. IMO, they should have brought up Straka and played him with V and PEB and leave Vandevelde on the 4th line.

what the hell do you want them to do? Trade away all their prospects and picks again for short term fixes? with the salary cap all they can do is be patient and build through the draft and wait til the horrid contracts are off the books.

Along with teams like the Kings and Rangers -- definitely bottom feeders in the talent department. Definitely though, the Flyers need to hit and fight more...like this game, their worst in weeks.
