Flyers outshot the Sharks 34 to 21. In terms of shot attempts and shot differential, the Flyers led that by a 60 to 43 margin at ES. Tell me what about Hakstol's system and style of play specifically, leads you to believe that they play a tight conservative D first approach? Is it the 2 man forecheck? Or the agressiveness of the defenseman both on the pinch in the offensive zone and in the neutral zone stepping up to defend rushes? What is it specifically that leads you to believe that?

Is this an actual comment or a synopsis of every "angry fan" call to talk radio? As the latter, it's pretty good. However, you forgot to threaten to stop watching, say how indifferent the players and then to propose some completely unrealistic trade the team would pull off it was only run by competent people.

Giroux makes 8.5 million never scored 30 goals in a season and is no where to be found in 5 on 5 hockey. Lives by the power play. Makes no one on his line better. Horrible captain. Remember when he hit Crosby & scored that goal in playoffs.... Yea that was 5 years ago

One thing that particularly peeves me of late....... whenever they have an odd man rush, especially a 2 on 1 , they seldom get a shot on the net. It's either wide, the puck is fumbled, or a bad pass instead of shoot situation

I like how you focus on never scored 30 goals but dont focus on points he has produced.
Of all the players to focus on with the Flyers who dont produce or arent producing this season (See Couturier, Read, Simmonds, Raffl , Voracek though his points are picking up) you pick the one player who is.
