The culture change and improved work ethic are great to see, but without a real infusion of leadership and 1st line talent, it's hard to see them not regressing at some point. Finishing that high, we would have to rely on a couple Dallas-esque kind of trades to get it and that scares me. One more bottom 5 finish would be ideal, imo. Next season, we start the ascension, slowly and steadily.
